Hi, I’m Sam Patterson

I’ve been pursuing ‘better’ in my life and work for a long time now and over the past 17 years have found my calling helping individuals, teams and organisations to do the same.

I’ve worked with clients in many industries, including: sport; information services; law; financial services; technology; manufacturing; tourism; hospitality; marketing; public sector; software; education; retail; community services; energy; leisure; health & wellbeing; and; not-for-profit.

Working with individuals and teams, my aim is to quickly and effectively help you to discover what success looks like for you, who you need to be to achieve your vision and what’s required to get you there. My coaching and facilitation style creates the space to experiment in real time, removing blocks to move forward with confidence, support and accountability.

I’m one of a select group worldwide to have achieved the International Coaching Federation designation of Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC).
